The hubby and I had a great 4-day weekend in Dallas. We got to eat at a bunch of yummy restaurants (something we don't take for granted anymore living in a tiny town), see old friends, watch college football and go shopping (well I did anyway) :) What did I purchase you ask? Well it wasn't on purpose, but all of my purchases ended up having to do with Autumn. I first went to the beloved HomeGoods and got some new white waffle weave dishtowels with leaves embroidered on the bottom and a set of Autumn cookies cutters like these. Next stop was Michael's where I came out with 3 white pumpkins for my dining room server that I plan use as the canvas for the letters B-O-O similar to this idea I found in Good Housekeeping last year. When Jon was helping e get them out of the car he said "Why did we buy a bunch of albino pumpkins?" All I could do was laugh and shake my head.
