Squash and Productivity

Last night Jon and I decided to make a stir-fry for dinner so he stopped at the store on his way home from work to pick up some extra veggies.  We usually we put zucchini and peppers in our stir-fry, but last night, the grocery store was out of zucchini, so he got a squash instead.  I was a little hesitant when he first called and told me because I've never eaten squash.  My grandmother, or Mow-Mow as I called her, always use to make a squash casserole dish when I was younger, and I would never eat it.  Well, much to my surprise, I tried it last night, and I actually liked it!  It was an exciting moment.  I can now add it to the short but slowing growing list of vegetables that I enjoy.  Progress is progress, right?  I know Mow-Mow would be so proud :) For the past week, Jon and I have been making a conscious effort to make the bed every morning.  And I have to say, it's been a wonderful thing.  It makes us start our day out on a produc...
